The Swiss forest owners association is a Swiss forest management umbrella organization founded in 1921. Members include cantonal and regional forest owners associations, cantons, and individual forest owners. The 28 associates at the office in Solothurn and the 200 external teaching staff members are committed to protecting the interests of the approximately 3,800 public and 244,000 private forest owners in Switzerland.

It runs a professional center for vocational training and professional development in the forestry sectors and supports tradespeople in selling a range of superior quality workwear and forestry tools. The association also publishes the two leading forestry trade journals, Wald und Holz and La Forêt.
